1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of tickets for the Fly With Me Festival via the official ticket shop (ticket.io). By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts these conditions.

2. Access Control

Tickets are not personalized and entitle any ticket holder to attend the event. To ensure security and prevent misuse, the organizer reserves the right to request an official photo ID at the entrance. The identity document must be presented in original; copies or digital images will not be accepted. The organizer may refuse entry if no suitable proof is provided or if there are doubts about the entitlement to use the ticket.

3. Resale Prohibition

The commercial resale of tickets via third-party platforms (e.g., Ticketswap, Viagogo, eBay, classifieds) is prohibited. Transfer of tickets is only permitted via organizer-authorized channels and only with prior consent. In case of violations, the ticket may be blocked and entry refused. No refund will be made.

4. Loss and Misuse

In case of loss of a ticket, there is no claim for replacement. The organizer is not liable for unlawful use by third parties (e.g., when sharing the QR code). Ticket purchasers are obliged to keep tickets secure and not to share them publicly - especially not on social media.

5. Event Grounds, Event Rules and House Rules

Entry to the entire event grounds is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any damage incurred. The organizer exercises house rules on the grounds. Persons who violate safety requirements or these GTC may be expelled from the grounds; the ticket expires without claim to refund.

Security personnel will conduct entry and security checks throughout the entire event. Instructions from security personnel must be followed. Persons without a valid entry wristband will be expelled from the grounds. Security personnel are authorized to conduct random bag checks and body searches. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry at any time and without giving reasons. Bringing sharp, bulky, dangerous or pyrotechnic objects as well as any weapons is prohibited. In case of violation, entry may be refused or expulsion may be issued; the decision is at the organizer's discretion.

Waste must be disposed of in the designated containers throughout the grounds.

6. Arrival and Parking

Instructions from security personnel regarding parking must be followed. Parking of vehicles is at your own risk; no guarantee is given for their security. Emergency routes must be kept clear at all times. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at cost. Use of public transport or carpooling is recommended for environmental and capacity reasons.

7. Changes, Cancellation and Force Majeure

Line-up, running order and grounds setup may be changed at any time. There is no claim to specific performing artists or program items.

In case of cancellation or termination of the event due to force majeure, there is no claim to refund. In case of a complete cancellation for other reasons, the organizer will decide on a refund or rebooking option.

8. Audio, Film and Photo Recordings / Image Rights

Audio, image and film recordings are only permitted for private use. Unauthorized publication of recordings of performing artists may have criminal consequences. MBM Musik + Event GmbH assumes no liability for violations.

Visitors grant the organizer the right to be recognizable in image and/or film recordings made during the event. They agree that this material may be published. There is no claim to image rights to such recordings.

9. Youth Protection

The organizer follows the Youth Protection Act and reserves the right to refuse entry to persons under 18 years of age.

10. Liability

The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Claims for damages from positive breach of contract, fault in contract conclusion and unlawful acts are excluded, unless the organizer, its legal representatives or vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. Claims for damages due to impossibility or delay are limited to foreseeable damage in case of slight negligence.

11. Effectiveness of GTC, Data Protection and Applicable Law

Effectiveness

Should individual provisions of these GTC or the event rules be invalid or contain gaps, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Data Protection

The data of purchasers is collected in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in Germany and used exclusively for contract processing. The organizer's general privacy policy applies in addition.

Applicable Law

German law applies exclusively to the contractual relationship between MBM Musik + Event GmbH and the purchaser. The place of jurisdiction is - as far as permissible - Leipzig.
