Create an account in the event portal or log in with your details. You’ll then see the ticket assigned to you. You can conveniently top it up using the available payment methods.
Top up ticket/wristband
Exchange your ticket for a festival wristband.
You’ll receive the festival wristband with an RFID chip at the entrance on the day of the event. When you arrive, your ticket is scanned and linked to your wristband.
Pay easily with your wristband; you can top up again on site.
Using the balance on your wristband’s preloaded RFID chip, you can pay conveniently and contactlessly at all merch, food, and drink stands. On the festival grounds you’ll find top-up stations where you can reload your chip with cash, debit, credit, or debit card — or simply top up online via the QR code.

Starting Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM — right after the festival — you can request any possible remaining balance via the event portal. The balance will be credited within 14 days after your request.
